INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces oat milk
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 serving Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ Tbsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp sea salt (don’t skip this!)
