Powered by Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder, this vibrant, nutrient-dense trail mix delivers a steady source of energy and nourishment — the kind of snack that quickly becomes a pantry essential. Sprouted nuts and seeds add flavor, crunch, and an easy boost of polyphenols to support your daily wellbeing.

Prep time: ~10 minutes, with an additional hour for drying
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE
- 1 cup sprouted almonds
- 1 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sprouted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup chopped sprouted walnuts or Brazil nuts
- 1½ cups dried fruit of choice (dried figs, prunes, apples, goji berries, mulberries, dried cherries, banana chips
- 1½ tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
INGREDIENTS FOR THE HERBAL DUSTING
- 1–2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ½ tsp ashwagandha powder
- ½ tsp maca powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of cardamom or Tulsi powder
- Sea salt to taste

METHOD
Mix the base: Combine nuts, seeds, coconut, and dried fruit in a large bowl.
Make the binder: In a small bowl, whisk honey/maple, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
Coat everything: Pour the binder over the nut/fruit mix and toss to coat evenly.
Dust it: Sprinkle the herbal dusting blend over the mix while stirring/tossing. Adjust to taste—add more cinnamon or Sprout Powder if desired.
Let it set: Spread on parchment and let dry at room temp for about 1 hour.
