Rachelle's Cinnamon & Chill “Italian Soda”

Here’s a new and refreshing summertime twist on one of our most popular drinks: the Cinnamon & Chill Latte. It’s creamy, sparkling, warmly sweet + cinnamon spiced, and functional in so many ways. Recipe creator and author Rachelle Robinett says this: It’s an iced herbal latte. It’s an Italian soda. It’s an adaptogen-spiked, polyphenol-packed, plant-powered treat especially ideal for sipping in the heat. What do we say? Delicious!

Serving: 1 glass

INGREDIENTS

4 oz oat milk

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1 serving Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder

½ tsp vanilla

½ tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

⅛ tsp sea salt

4 oz sparkling water (plain or lightly flavored)



METHOD

Use a frother to blend oat milk, ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt. Pour over ice and add sparkling water. Enjoy!
