INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup / 50g pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ – 1 frozen banana (optional)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds (or chia, or flax)
  • ½ tsp Ashwagandha
  • 1 serving protein powder (your choice)
  • pinch vanilla powder (or ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract)
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • 3-4 ice cubes or water
  • Optional Technique: Substitute an herbal tea of your choice for the milk.
