Hayley's Rose Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter, soft
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of rose water
½ cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 1/3 cups Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
1 cup of edible dried rose petals

METHOD
Mix together all of the ingredients until smooth and then fold in the chocolate chips. Place the dough in the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough into balls and roll them into the rose petals.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. When done, enjoy the cookies with a nice glass of milk or your favorite relaxing beverage!
