Hayley's Romesco Sauce with HTB Sprout Powder

Bright, bold, and packed with nutrition—this Romesco Sauce gets a nourishing upgrade with our HTB Sprout Powder Parmesan. Blended with roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, and immune-supportive Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, this sauce is perfect on roasted veggies, beans, toast, or as a vibrant dip. INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

2 cups of roasted red peppers, drained

½ cup HTB Sprout Powder Parmesan

¼ cup sundried tomatoes, drained

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or chili powder

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil


INGREDIENTS FOR HTB SPROUT POWDER PARMESAN

1/4 cup HTB Sprout Powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup macadamia nuts or cashews

METHOD

First, blend parmesan topping ingredients. Set aside and measure out a ½ cup. Store the leftover parmesan for other recipes (like pesto, popcorn, or salad toppings).

Blend the ½ cup of HTB Sprout Powder parmesan with the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use this sauce on roasted vegetables, brothy beans, toast, or even as a dip on its own.
